Custom Billing Rules:

Check Out BoxTM was created to allow you to customize your billing parameters to your specifications. This is particularly useful in the free trial arena.  You customers can sign up for a trial at a trial fee and get billed a separate monthly subscription fee in an automated environment.  Other billing custom options are available including automated up-sell options.

Negative Customer Database:

You can elect to block cards from our global negative database for automated scrubbing and/or build your own negative database.  This feature will allow you to enter known fraudulent/stolen or charge-backed credit cards into our negative/fraud database. This will prevent the card number entered from being used on our payment platform.

The negative/fraud database contains known fraudulent, stolen or charge-backed credit card numbers. The credit card numbers listed in this database will not be able to make a successful purchase on our system. This database is updated through many sources; including existing & past merchants using our gateway, our supported merchant processors & from some large banking institutions.

Email Management Tools:

Within Check Out BoxTM you can create custom messages to be sent to your customers based on their action or actions taken by your team. Sign-up confirmations, cancellation confirmations, refund confirmations, reoccurring billing confirmations, decline notices and more.

Advanced Reporting:

Along with the many transaction based reports Check Out BoxTM has a set of advanced reporting tools to help you increase your plus on your online sales and customer experience. Our advanced reports range from website conversion reporting, email, reoccurring billing, BIN reporting and customer care experience reporting. IP Frequency Checking:

This feature allows a set number of transactions per hour from the same IP address (Excluding AOL). Exceeding this value will result in a rejected transaction before the credit card authorization is performed.

Bank Bin Blocking:

This feature allows you to block credit cards from cretin card issuers. A bank’s bin number is the first 6 digits of the customer’s credit card number. Many affiliate fraudsters will use gift cards with VISA or MasterCard logos on them to purchase your products in order to gain credit for a commission. Shortly after, that affiliate will return the product or make sure there are not enough funds on the gift card for you to bill your reoccurring fee. Essentially they will have sold you a fake customer.  Our system allows you to block credit card charges from these BINs and our BIN reporting allows you to catch these affiliates in the act.

Advanced Tools:

Along with the many features of the CRM are our advanced tools. Some include Decline Redirect; if a customer is declined you have the option of monetizing that traffic by sending the customer to a website of your choosing.  System Alerting; you can set hard conversion parameters in the system and if they are exceeded the CRM will send automated messages to your cell phone that possible negative activity may be occurring.  Auto Call Confirmation: this occurs when you set the system to call your customer and ask them to enter a 4 digit number into the online order system for advanced verification.
