Keith serves as our chief financial officer and director of legal affairs, and is also a member of our Board of Directors. While serving as managing partner of Irvine based Spectrum Law Group, LLP (a boutique deal intensive tax and corporate advisory law firm) Keith dedicates a substantial portion of his time to TM&S.

Bringing over 25 years experience as a tax attorney (New York University School of Law LLM, Taxation) and a finance background to TM&S, Keith is responsible for the financial operations of TM&S, directing our controller and staff. For our legal needs Keith’s experience in working with start-ups, as well as mature businesses such as Cisco Systems and IBM, make him uniquely qualified to help TM&S execute on its business plan.

Keith has earned a well deserved reputation in Southern California through numerous high profile transactions, as well as his 15 years as an adjunct professor of law at Chapman University School of Law and Western State University School of Law where he taught classes in corporate law and federal income tax law. Keith also earned national recognition after being profiled in The Wall Street Journal, Forbes Magazine, and Inc. Magazine.
