Suspecting fraud, I contacted my cc company, Element payment services, who contacted American Express, who contacted the customer Jeremy Hewitt. During the conference call, all information was exchanged with the result of AE approving the purchase. Of course Jeremy claimed that he never made the charge and I'm out $1910.
