Secured process transactions solution will overcome the multi-currency barrier and prevent chargeback risks by making customers feel as if they are shopping in their own country and in their own currency.

On August 11, an out-of state customer purchased $1910 worth of merchandise from my company. Suspecting fraud, I contacted my cc company, Element payment services, who contacted American Express, who contacted the customer Jeremy Hewitt. During the conference call, all information was exchanged with the result of AE approving the purchase. Of course Jeremy claimed that he never made the charge and I'm out $1910. I have proof of the AE approval, but they still won't reverse the chargeback. What do I do now?
