You many also see a Voice Authorization on your contract, This fee is only charged when you call in your transaction to an 800 number. It is useful if your terminal or software isn't working and you need to perform an authorization. Canadian merchant services, this still stands a good list of questions to ask all providers. Good to see other companies providing good content on their blogs.
