Typically the merchant processor hold funds in the event that you receive chargebacks and are unable to pay. If the hold is not enough the merchant processor will attempt to charge your account. You can attempt to dispute your chargebacks and get some of your money back. Do you currently have a system in place for combating chargebacks?
